Need: Lighthouse lost the only employee responsible for invoices.
They would not have time to recruit and train a new employee
before the processor left. RSP stepped in and took over processing
in less than 2 weeks. This proved quicker, easier and more
cost effective than recruiting and training a new employee.
Solution:
RSP’s primary responsibility is processing all invoices
(new, renewal & endorsement) for all Lighthouse Programs.
However, we are moving into other areas of underwriting assistance:
attaching documents to agency system and policy issuance.
