Accounting Department

1. Scanning, sending invoices, reviewing misc. reports and getting them cleaned up.
2. ReSource Pro will review misc. reports and follow up on sending email to moving agents/vanline or messaging drivers for missing forms.
3. Reviewing reports and transferring quotes to appropriate places within the system to be followed up on. For example: if the processor can not finish the invoice they will transfer to a queue, billing will review and find out why they couldn’t finish. They will move to a new queue or complete what is needed and transfer back to processor to complete.
Voucher Processing – entering drivers runs into computer mainframe in order to pay driver.
Bank Account Reconciliation – Balancing Checking Account versus Statement
Vanline Statement Reconciliation – Reviewing Vanline statement versus dispatch log.

Dispatch Department

Driver Logs & Support – Maintenance of driver files, insurance, logs, motor vehicle reports, and reviewing vanline commission statements. Help resolve discrepancy in statement.
Vanline Shipment Registration - data entry into Vanline mainframe for setting up a new customer. In addition, review the shipment information that the salesperson has requested to make sure the Tariff (rate charge), the legs of the shipment, and the accessorial charges (additional charges) are correct.

Sales Support

Proposals – Taking salesman notes and inputting them into a custom company proposal.
Website Marketing - email response to your web base advertising with instant response.

Claims Department

Claims Response & Follow - Customer reports claim via email, voicemail, or fax. Resource Pro sets up claim in mover system for adjuster, reviews initial information provided, and when necessary sends request to customer for additional information.
