Andy Potash, Chairman Emeritus
Andy has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and is founded Distinguished Programs Group, an insurance program manager focused on the real estate sector. Previously he was President of Frank Crystal & Co., Inc., a large property/casualty broker based in New York City and prior to that, Senior Vice President at Alexander & Alexander of New York, President of Davis, Dorland & Co. and Potash Associates, and Executive Vice President of Bayly, Martin & Fay.

Andy is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Program for Management Development. He holds both the CPCU and CLU designations. He has been a member of the Young President’s Organization since 1980, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.

David Watkins, Chairman
David is Chairman of ReSource Pro. He has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, most recently as Director of Equity Capital Markets in London for Baring Securities. Prior to that, David spent 19 years with Goldman Sachs as Executive Director and Head of the London Real Estate Department, Eurobond Syndicate Manager, and head of the London Corporate Finance Department. David is currently non-executive Chairman of Close Brothers Venture Capital Trust, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange.

David was a Baker Scholar in the MBA program at Harvard Business School, has a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.

Lisa Paul, Principal
Lisa Paul is a Principal Partner in ReSource Pro Transportation.  Ms. Paul is the President and CEO of Paul Hanson Partners – Specialty Insurance Solutions, which provides insurance placement and risk management to the transportation industry, as well as underwriting, consulting, and program administration services for AIG.  Lisa has provided consulting and risk management brokerage services to several national vanlines and large transportation companies.  Paul Hanson Partners (PHP) now employs 20 employees in Napa and 20 employees in Qingdao, China with over $40,000,000 in insurance premium.  Lisa is currently a proposed director for Bank of Napa and is actively involved in local nonprofit organizations.  Recently, Lisa was named as a winner of the 2005 North Bay Business Journal’s “Woman of the Year” award.

Dan Epstein, Chief Executive Officer
Dan is CEO of ReSource Pro. He has over ten years of experience focused mainly on working with technology startup companies to develop and implement market penetration strategies. In 2000, Dan founded the US-IBEX, a non profit organization devoted to fostering commercial ventures and scientific collaboration between US and Israeli high tech companies, and served for four years as President and Executive Director. Previous positions included for three years running the Commercial Section of the Embassy of Israel in Washington D.C., working as an editor at the Bank of Israel and serving in the Armored Corps of the Israel Defense Forces.

Dan has an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, a Masters Degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics an a Bachelors in History from Brunel University, London.

Matthew Bruno, Managing Director of Operations, Qingdao
Matt founded ReSource Pro’s office in China, serving as Managing Director of Operations for the last two years. Prior to moving to China, Matt was Product Development Analyst for Distinguished Programs Group from 1999-2002, where he specialized in the implementation of new insurance programs, designing procedures, reports, and workflows. As Director of Operations of ReSource Pro’s China office, Matt brings together an understanding of U.S. insurance agency operations, client services, technology and the Chinese business environment. Matt speaks fluent Chinese.

Matt graduated from Cornell University in 1999 with a Bachelors in Business Management.

Laura Downey, Vice President, Client Integration
Laura runs ReSource Pro’s Client Integration operations. Laura has thirteen years experience in the insurance industry. She spent nine years as Production Underwriter for Distinguished Programs Group, managing New Business Underwriting & Wholesale divisions and participating in program development and placement. Prior to that Laura worked at wholesale brokerage American E&S as broker assistant. Laura brings considerable knowledge and understanding of insurance operations and the needs and challenges of production underwriters and their staff.

Laura graduated from Albany State University with a BS in Business Administration (Finance & Management) and holds an ARM designation.
